Orders take 5-8 business days to deliver via standard shipping, depending on where it's going. 

**due to the overflow of volume with our carriers due to COVID-19, standard shipping can take up to 

9 business days and unfortunately, it is out of our hands.

Our warehouse ships Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm EST and is closed Saturdays and Sundays.

Our warehouse does not ship on the following holidays: MLK Jr Day, President's Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and annually 12/24-1/1.

Free standard shipping applies to domestic orders over $75 before taxes. It applies to our build-a-box & prepackaged gift boxes. Free bag applies to Build-A-Box only.

Orders over $75 are eligible for free shipping. Please note: our codes, deals, and offers are not stackable. If you qualify for free shipping, and discount codes will nullify that offer. To claim free shipping instead, simply delete any code applied to the order. Please double-check your recipient’s address(es). Any changes needed after an order is shipped incur a rerouting, restocking, and reshipment fee.

We never include receipts or inventory/packing slips inside any of our boxes, knowing that they are almost always a gift. In terms of prices, we don't alter any of our products by removing tags or crossing out labels - we want to keep the packaging beautiful and intact - but many of our products don't have price tags in the first place, and when they do, they are small and subtle. 

While we're always striving to keep shipping costs low, per-box shipping is an additional cost, except on boxes over $75. Please see FAQ above for reference.

IT SAYS THE DELIVERY OF MY GIFT BOX WAS UNSUCCESSFUL, NOW WHAT?

We're here to help call carriers, companies and track down packages, but there is only so much we can do. If the delivery was unsuccessful due to customer error, most often an incorrectly inputted address, reach out to us and we're happy to assist.

We ship anywhere in the United States (yes you, Hawaii and Alaska!) as well as APO and FPO military addresses and all US territories. We ship anywhere the United States Postal Service delivers. Here are USPS directions to ship to APO addresses.Please note you MUST follow these directions for shipments to get delivered.

Unfortunately, we currently do not ship internationally. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Each gift box includes a card with a custom-designed note (Our customers do have the option to not include a card). You simply provide us with your message and we'll handle the rest.
