Thank you for shopping with Before The Cruise. Because many of our items are made to order or fulfilled through trusted third-party partners (including Printful and Trendsi), our return and refund policy varies by product type.
By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
π¦ Made-to-Order Items (Printful Fulfillment)
Certain items are custom-made after you place your order.
Due to the personalized, made-to-order nature of these products:
β’ We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
β’ Incorrect size selection
β’ Buyerβs remorse
β’ Color preference changes
β’ Order cancellations after production begins
β We will offer a replacement or refund if:
β’ The item arrives damaged
β’ The item is misprinted
β’ The wrong item was sent
To request assistance, contact us within 5 days of delivery and include:
β’ Your order number
β’ Photos of the item
β’ Photos of the packaging (if damaged)
We reserve the right to require photo verification before issuing a refund or replacement.
π Warehouse Apparel (Trendsi Fulfillment)
For eligible Trendsi items:
Returns may be accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is:

β’ Unwashed
β’ In original condition
β’ With original tags attached
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
Items marked as:
β’ Final sale
β’ Clearance
β’ Intimate wear
β’ Swimwear
β’ Accessories
may not be eligible for return.

Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
π¨ Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:
1. Contact us within 5 days of delivery
2. Provide order number and photos
3. Do not discard packaging until claim is reviewed
Failure to report within the stated timeframe may result in denial of replacement or refund.
π¦ Lost or Stolen Packages
If tracking confirms delivery, Before The Cruise is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.Customers must contact the shipping carrier directly for delivery disputes. We may assist at our discretion but cannot guarantee reimbursement once delivery is confirmed by the carrier.
π³ Refund Processing
If a refund is approved:
β’ Refunds are issued to the original payment method
β’ Processing time: 5β10 business days depending on your bank
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
β Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once they enter production or fulfillment.If you need to request a cancellation, contact us immediately after placing your order. We cannot guarantee cancellation approval.

By placing an order, you agree to contact us first to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback.
Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may be disputed with supporting documentation, including:

β’ Customer communication history

All return requests must be submitted to Before The Cruise first.
Do not send items directly to the manufacturer or fulfillment center unless instructed.

Unauthorized returns sent to the wrong address may not be accepted or refunded.
