Return Policy

While we pride ourselves on the products and services we offer, we understand that plans change. Subject to Section 8A below, you may return your product to us within (7) days of your receipt of the product, at your own expense, providing none of the individual products have been opened or used. If any of the products have been opened, we will not grant a refund.6a. Shipping & Scheduling We require five (5) days to process orders and shipping usually takes an additional three (3) to five (5) days to reach you. We are not responsible for orders that do not arrive before your scheduled trip date. 8A. Return Policy for Group & Special Event Products. Once the order has been approved and placed for a group or special event, there are no modifications or refunds allowed. Please contact us for further details. The customer is responsible for all return fees.

Printify: How Does Printify Handle Order Related Issues? If you have an issue with your order, contact Support@BeforetheCruise.com within 30 days of product delivery and provide a detailed description of your issue, accompanied by relevant photo or video evidence that support your case. After investigation, we will determine if you are eligible to receive a replacement at no cost to you.

Once we receive the returned item in its original condition, we will issue a full refund for the order.

Please ensure the return is made within 30 days of receiving the product to qualify for a refund.


Refunds:

If you return your item within 30 days of delivery and the item is in its original condition, we will issue a full refund once the returned product is received.

Sample orders are not eligible for a refund.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless the package was lost or damaged. Delays caused by shipping couriers or other unforeseen circumstances do not qualify for a shipping refund.


Replacements:

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately. We will need a high-quality image or video showing the damage or defect to process a replacement.

If your order has been in transit for more than 5 days outside of the expected delivery window, we will ship you a replacement order at no extra charge.
