Shipping Policy

Build-A-Travel Kit & Ready-To_Ship Travel Kits:

Shipping & Scheduling: We require five (5) days to process orders and shipping usually takes an additional one (1) to three (3) days to reach you. If you place your order and do not receive your package in time before your travel date, we are not responsible and will not issue a refund under these circumstances. 


Third Party Liquor Orders:

All shipments containing alcohol require an adult (21 years or older) signature upon delivery. Please provide your primary phone number to ensure smooth delivery.

No orders addressed to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO/DPO address will be accepted. All orders placed on this website are advertised, accepted, made and delivered or shipped via a network of licensed retail liquor stores who receive all orders and offers. A licensed retailer is the ultimate merchant of record and has the right to accept or reject any order in their sole discretion. If you place your order and do not receive your package in time before your travel date, we are not responsible and will not issue a refund under these circumstances. 


Orders are typically processed within 1-2 days and shipped within 3 business days. During busy periods, it may take up to 5 business days. Please contact us before placing an order if you have questions about the ship date. All orders, including spirits, are shipped ground from a local licensed retailer. You have the option to upgrade non-alcohol products for faster delivery at an additional cost.


State and Federal laws require a person at least 21 years old to sign for alcohol shipments. Any individual over 21 years old with proper identification at the delivery address is presumed authorized to receive the delivery.


Our shipper will attempt delivery three times before returning the package to us. If you're not regularly available at home, consider using your work or office address for shipping. Additional charges may apply for reshipping returned shipments.


RETURN AND REFUND POLICY:

We issue credits or replace damaged products. However, due to laws and regulations concerning alcohol sale and shipment, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for alcohol products. All sales of products containing alcohol are final. For products shipped without alcohol, contact customer support within 7 days of receiving your order for return assistance.


Delays caused by shipping couriers are non-refundable. Please note that shipment/delivery dates are subject to change during national holidays, inclement weather, and high demand periods.


THE SALE OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES

Orders are fulfilled by licensed retailers that sell alcoholic beverages. Neither Before the Cruise, LLC nor the licensed retailers sell alcohol to individuals under 21 years old. By using this site, you affirm that you are of legal age to purchase alcoholic beverages and products, and you are buying solely for (i) self-consumption or (ii) gifting to a person in the U.S. who is at least 21 years old. You also confirm that the state where you're ordering and the state where you're requesting delivery permit the sale and delivery.


We rely on your representations, and in the event that your representations are false, you agree to indemnify and reimburse us and the retailer(s) that sold the alcohol products. You will be responsible for all costs, expenses (including legal fees), and damages incurred by us and the retailer(s).


All orders placed on beforethecruise.com are subject to acceptance and shipment by a licensed liquor retail store in our network. An order is not considered accepted until the retailer ships it. The liquor store may refuse to accept or fulfill your order for various reasons, including technological mistakes or glitches in pricing transmission. Therefore, no contractual or other obligation to sell and ship the ordered bottle(s) via the themixologer.com platform is binding on the licensed retailer unless and until the retailer accepts and ships the order to you. In the event of your credit or debit card being authorized or charged, but the order not being accepted or shipped, your card will be fully credited.


By using this site, you acknowledge that the person receiving the shipment of alcoholic beverages from the licensed retailer is at least 21 years old. You also agree not to resell the purchased alcohol. If you cannot make these affirmations and representations or disagree with any of these conditions, please refrain from using this site.

Liquor Order Shipped to Hotels:
If your package does not arrive in time before your travel date, we are not liable and will not provide a refund in such circumstances. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 days and shipped within 3 business days. During busy periods, it may take up to 5 business days. We recommend placing your liquor order at least 6 business days but no more than 1 month before your booking dates. It is essential to ensure that your hotel accepts parcels. Luxury hotels often have systems in place for accepting packages, but it's advisable to confirm for your peace of mind. Before the Cruise, LLC, its partners, or distributors are not responsible for orders that do not arrive after your booking date. You can find this information on most websites or inquire with the hotel's information helplines. We are not liable for lost or stolen orders. Delays caused by shipping couriers are non-refundable. Printify:
All apparel and accessories are handle by of our outside vendors. All questions and issues should be directed to them at Support@printful.com. They take about 2-7 business days to create apparel products (t-shirts etc.) and 2-5 business days for non-apparel (posters etc.) products. Then you should add shipping times on top of that. Speed and price depends on product type and destination. It can get a bit confusing, that's why we've made these tables to help you out.
