Items fulfilled by Printful are custom printed after you place your order.

 β€’ Orders are made to order and begin production after payment confirmation.


πŸ‘— Trendsi (Warehouse Apparel)


Items fulfilled by Trendsi are shipped from their warehouse.

 β€’ Processing time: 2–5 business days


Orders containing both Printful and Trendsi items may ship separately.


🚚 Shipping & Delivery (United States)


After processing, delivery typically takes:


7–14 business days within the United States


Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guarantees.


Actual delivery times may vary due to:

Before The Cruise is not responsible for carrier delays once the package has been handed to the shipping provider.

Proof of delivery provided by the carrier constitutes confirmation of successful delivery.


🚨 Lost or Stolen Packages


Before The Cruise is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.


If your package is marked delivered but not received:

 1. Confirm the shipping address.

 2. Check with neighbors or building management.

 3. Contact the carrier directly.


We will assist where possible but cannot guarantee carrier outcomes.


🌎 International Shipping


Some Printful or Trendsi items may ship internationally depending on availability.


Customers are responsible for:
